Linda Duci has been the owner and director of The Country Academy of Dance for over 30 years and has danced and choreographed professionally throughout the tri-state area. Linda is best known for Directing and Choreographing Musical Theatre in Westchester and Putnam counties. Linda trained at the School of American Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, The Ailey and Graham Schools and with numerous Broadway and Television Choreographers. Her goal is to offer all levels of performers new experiences in a fun, immersive atmosphere.
Christopher Rich has an extensive background in theater as director, musical director, writer and performer, in addition to his 25+ years as a vocal coach and piano instructor. He studied piano performance at The Juilliard School, as well as arranging and orchestration at Berklee College of Music. Early on in his career, he founded and was Director of the “All For Arts” Performing Arts Center in Bedford Hills (NY), Smithtown (NY) and West Haven (CT) for more than ten years. Most recently, he originated the roles of Jameson and Shaw in the premier of “The Composition of Herman Melville” at NYC’s Metropolitan Playhouse, served as assistant musical director for Long Wharf Theatre’s production of “Guys and Dolls”, played Arnold in “The Boys Next Door” at the Rich Forum, and performed a principal role in a staged reading of a new operetta, “Songs Beyond News” at NYC’s Producers Club. Christopher is currently writing an original musical, “Living in the Lines” and is fine-tuning his series of fairy tale musicals to be made available for theatrical productions nationwide.
DANIEL BRIA, SOUND DESIGN - Daniel is a senior at the University of Connecticut. He is a BFA Design/ Technical Theatre student with a concentration in Sound Design. This past summer Daniel worked for Connecticut Repertory Theatre at UCONN on their Nutmeg Summer Series. He was the Sound Engineer on their productions of Les Misérables & Peter Pan, both starring Terrence Mann, as well as Xanadu. Daniel worked on many other productions with CRT throughout the school year. Most recently he was the Sound Designer for Lysistrata: a new adaptation by Jen Wineman. Other CRT credits include Goblin Market, Hairspray and Legally Blonde. He previously worked for The Summer Theatre of New Canaan as the sound designer / engineer. Productions including: South Pacific, Grease, Hairspray, Charlottes Web, Merilee Mannerly, Pinkalicious, The Cat in The Hat and The Little Mermaid Jr. Some of his other past sound experience includes working with Domonic Sack of Sound Associates. CINDY SCHULTE, HAIR/MAKEUP DESIGN - The Little Mermaid marks Cindy's sixth All-School Musical. Always a big supporter of local theater, her work could be seen at numerous productions at Curtain Call, Trinity Catholic High School, Stamford High School, Westhill High School in Stamford, Wilton Playshop, Town Players of New Canaan, and various places in Westchester County. Her passion for period pieces earned her three nominations for best hair at The Connecticut High School Musical Theater Awards. She is also passionate about supporting her daughter Rachel’s acting company, The Lipstick Project, dedicated to raising money for women’s charities through all-female productions of Shakespeare’s plays. Cindy was the owner of Cindy and Eddie’s Barbershop in Stamford.
